Over the years, both as a doctor and through my own experiences, I have come to understand that health is never just about one thing. It is not just about weight, or numbers, or a single symptom. Especially for women, it is so often about hormones, energy, mental wellbeing and how we feel within ourselves.

Sometimes, to feel better on the outside, we need to gently pause and look at what is going on inside. In our bodies, in our minds, and in our lives. To take a breath, to slow down, and to really listen.

I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, to feel like you are doing everything right but still not quite feeling like yourself. I have been there, and it is often more complex than it first seems. That is why I wanted to create something different.
